I cannot find the words to say how much the 'Day Support Programme' at April House has helped me; it is definitely no overstatement to say that it has changed my life and I would like to thank them for their support. In addition I would like to do something that really symbolises recovery and shows others that it is possible to break free from eating disorders.

I did a Tandem Skydive on 03/03/13 to raise money for April House Eating Disorder Service.
